Job Description -

Intern will primarily assist in the proactive and reactive testing/troubleshooting of a new conversion system.  Candidates will be exposed to first level Network support training and will work with full-time employees in a mission-critical, client support atmosphere.  Based on interest and ability, intern may explore opportunities in the company's various platforms (IBM, UNIX, Linux, Proprietary Mainframes).  Intern will receive the same training as a full -time employee.

Job Description -   

Intern will be exposed to a variety of assignments in logistics , supply management equipment management, and transportation management.  Complexity of tasks will increase as student progresses through the internship.

At the conclusion of the assignment, student will have a good basic understanding of Logistics Management and Program Analysis.

Job Requirements -

Must be available to work 20 - 30 hours/week.  Related coursework and/or majors (Logistics, Transportation Management, Business, Operations Management).  Prior related internship helpful, not required.

Job Title - Curatorial Internship

Job Description -

Intern will assist with organizing solicitations to national galleries, artists, and some collectors for donations of artwork to the annual art benefit auction, live or silent.  This intern will also coordinate all activities to do with solicitations, including sending out solicitation letters and Donation Agreements; conduct all follow ups; continually update an Excel database of all potential donations and donors; write artists' biographies for the auction catalog; and help with other tasks related to the auction, as needed.

An intern in this position will be exposed to the day-to-day operations and curatorial aspects of an art museum.

Job Requirements -

Must have superior organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to be highly accurate, and average or better computer knowledge, especially in MS Excel. Much of this work requires tactful persistence and doggedness. Must also have a background in art history, preferably in the areas of contemporary or twentieth century art. Past Interns have been able to receive course credit for this work.

Job Title - HR/Recruiting Assistant Intern

Job Description -

This intern will work in our HR department 15-25 hours per week. Days/Hours can be flexible to accomodate class schedule (during regular business hours).

Responsibilities include assisting with application/resume processing, background  & reference checks, and employment verifications, and related tasks. This position will provide the candidate with valuable first-hand experience in the day to day operations of an HR department, exposure to interviewing techniques, and insight into the pre-employment screening process (i.e. the importance of drug screening & background checks).

Job Requirements -

Human Resouces major who can work at least 10 hours per week. Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access), possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to learn new things quickly.
