These features are available to all registered employers. Just log in to your existing account and click the Premium Services button to access our shopping cart. You will then be able to choose which period you would like to purchase and click 'Add to Cart' to purchase the selected service with a credit card. if you would like to pay by check or purchase order, please scroll down to the instructions at the bottom of the page.
NOTE: When you purchase these features you get BOTH the resume search AND the resume book service for the one low price. One year of access translates to just $12.50 per month- you can't beat that!!!
And Remember...
As always, posting internships is FREE of CHARGE and there is NO LIMIT to the number of internships you can post! Viewing the resumes of APPLICANTS is also still free of charge. You are only purchasing the ability to search for candidates BEFORE they apply to your internships.
HOW THESE PREMIUM SERVICES WORK...
Resume Search
When you click this choice from the menu, you will get a ResumeSearch screen that will contain menus with the search criteria choices listed above, along with a KEYWORD input box.
If you want to search for May 2007 graduates who are Marketing majors, select 'April' and '2007' in the Graduation Date/After field and 'June' and '2007' in the Graduation Date/Before field, then select MARKETING from the majors list. Your results will be students who are May 2007 grads AND are majoring in Marketing.
If you would like to see students majoring in Marketing OR Communications, you would hold the Ctrl key while making your selections and highlight both Marketing and Communications from the list of majors. This will give you results of students majoring in Marketing OR Communications.
If you want to see students who have HTML skills, type 'HTML' or 'html' in the KEYWORD... (you get the idea).
To get an all-inclusive list, just click the 'Search Resumes' button without having made any selections or entered any keywords. When conducting such a search, realize that it will take longer to get a results screen as the system is searching ALL resumes of ALL registered students in ALL member schools (i.e. THOUSANDS of resumes). This is not recommended due to file size. It is better to make criteria and/or KEYWORD selections on which to perform searches.
Resume Books
When you choose 'Resume Books' from the menu, you will get a list of all current consortium resume books. By clicking on a book that interests you, you will be able to perform searches as outlined above, or you can click the 'Search Resumes' button and get a list of all students in that particular resume book. The resume book titles are self-explanatory (i.e. Business, Education, Diversity, etc.).
NOTE: Students opt-in to these books at will, so you may want to check often to see if there are any new entries since your last search.
For complete details and instructions on using these features, log in to your account and click the User Manual button in the Employer Center. You can print the PDF manual or view it directly online (you may also call or email any questions or requests for information to: Brenda Davis-Smith, bdavis-smith@noche.org or 216.420.9200 x223).
